24 Style Edit

If you watch the series 24 with Keither Sutherland you will know what I mean..

I want to do a 24 style demo for my showreel,

I have been told it is done with mattes as I have been trying with picture in picture with little success.

I am using premiere 6.5 with a Canopus Storm.
