Default Premier Elements 2 - Cropping and Zooming

OK I admit i'm being lazy - but this site is so good I guess someone can reel off the answer straight away.
Is it possible to crop and/or zoom in on a film clip. I have a section of film where i need to increase the size of the figures in it.

Thanks, Rich
