Default Exporting 16:9 from After Effects

I've used AE for a while but am doing a widescreen composition in it for the first time.

I've set up a PAL widescreen composition and the footage i'm using is 16:9 but when I export my work it gets crushed to 4:3.

Any ideas people?

But when you import it into your video editor and you 'remind' it that it is widescreen it will be just fine. Trust me.

The difference between pan and scan and widescreen is NOT more pixels but different shape pixels.

Sorted Cheers. Found an "Interperate Footage" window in premiere.
