I was just saying it was funny it says I have 2 gig when I only have 1 gig of memory. I "WISH" I did have 2 gig of memory.

ALL P4 CPU's support SSE2 instructions. Even the old ones! (see link below) Your warning should be for the older AMD CPU's because they don't support SSE2 instructions they only supported SSE instructions.

I have Willamette core (an old CPU) and it supports SSE2 Instructions also, so it's not just Northwood and above.

But that is OK by me anyways as I will be upgrading to a AMD X2 or a AMD FX-60 Dual Core soon anyways.
Here's what it says on Adobe's site about this:
SSE2-enabled processor required for AMD systems http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/systemreqs.html
It's not required for P4 Systems because all of them already have the SSE2 instructions.
