Default prem6.5 losing clear picture when exporting

thanks for last reply but problem there still. after I export as movie. When viewed on dvd player&tv, Lines and pixels when people move. The problem seems to be better when I export to mpeg but then it splits the sound and video into two files. I'd just like to edit then put back on camcorder and burn to dvd without losing the clear picture.
cheerz for anymore info.
