Premier PRO - NTSC source to PAL
Hey everyone,
I am capturing NTSC source from Digital Beta. The final product will be PAL DVD. what is the best way to Convert the NTSC Video to PAL ? i assume i need to convert the Captured Source to pal first and then just edit in premier pro with PAL settings export and created DVD with PAL settings. What is good softare to use to convert the video? are there plugins for premier that will do this?
