Default HELP REGISTERING ADOBE ENCORE 1.5 VIA PHONELINE

How do I register my copy of encore dvd 1.5 via the phoneline I am using this method as I need to speak to an adobe rep on the phone, the programme asks me to register online I dont know how to find the option to register on the phone. Please can anyone help?
