In my video I want to use Typing & writing effect. How can I do that? Whether premiere Pro is sufficient or AfterEffects or any Plug-in is required? Anybody please elaborate the procedure.

Writing is a differnt problem altogether.

you'll need somethign like After Effects to do this and then it will take an age.

you'll need to create a spline path that exactly matches your hand written text then animate a line along it. Not for the feint hearted.

that shows how to do a writing effect using just Premiere (and a program that can create lines that are a gradient from black to white, such as Photoshop). Beware that there is a bug within PPro v1 that stops it working - the bug was fixed in PPro v1.5.
