Default Adobe Premiere Pro

Hi,

When I try to export a clip and in the settings I change the Data rate to 130k/s, the final product always has the default 3500k/s datarate even though before I compile it, it is written 130k/s that I put. My clip only requires 130k/s so this 3500k/s is very wasteful...I have no idea why the datarate does not conform to the changes I made....

Much help would be appreciated!

Randy
