I have used premiere pro's "export to dvd" option to make a dvd that will play in my standalone player. picture quality was not great at first but after improving this the slow-mo's are now a bit jerky. (I used "optimse bit rate")
will reducing CBR solve this ? ("smoothness" at the cost of quality) or are there any other suggested settings to get around this (i want to produce to PAL)
cheers
