Default Newbie: Example Work

Anyone know of any good sites out there of individuals using After Effects who show off thier work? I would like to see the kinds of things After Effects is capable of. I went to Adobe's website and took a look at the video clip of other professionals talking about their experiences but the stuff goes by so fast you can't really take it in.

Thanks,
LTrain

Probably the single best internet resource of After Effects I've found is the creative cow. Not only do they show you what it can do but also how to do it all. It is a tutorial rich web site. But if you really want the heads-up on After Effects then get yourself a copy of the latest editions of the Trish and Chris Meyer books. Absolutely second to none imop.
