Default Zooming The Clips Slowly/gradually

Ive looked at this clip "Get Pauly Intro"

In the intro once the matrix characters/stars falling the clip is zoomed slowly in the center then inside the lines of stars.

How to do this thing in PPro? Can somebody please put step by step or tut vidoe clip? Will be greatful.

this kind of effect is not done in a compisition software like after effects or any of those. that effect is actually done in a 3d design program. MAYA or 3d studio max
