I got adobe after effects and i've been messing around with it to get to know it. I've made some titles, and how can i make them into a video file or move them over to premier to then make as a movie file?

I'm dieing to know.

you need to export/render the timeline in After Effects out to a file (probably AVI) and then open Premiere and import the clip in for use.
