Default color within black and white

If I wanted to make a video where everything in it was black and white except for 1 object how would I do that? Any help would be appreciated. Oh yea, the object is moving in the video I'm not sure if that is important info or not. I can do this sort of thing in photoshop but I'm kind of new at premiere.

Thanks

Not sure if there is one in Premiere as I've always used the Matrox version (because it renders in real time) but the filteryou are looking for is called 'Colour Pass'.

Specify a colour and a tolerance and then everything outside that will go to b+w. you may have to garbage matt though to avoid items other than the one you want staying in colour.

Prem Pro has Colour Pass filter (image control menu) as well as "Leave Colour" filter (Stylize menu). Both can be effective depending on the type of footage etc.
"Leave Colour" lets you use RGB or HUE to match colour which can be very useful.
"Colour pass" also allows you to reverse the effect - ie only one colour turns to black and white and the rest stays colour.
