Default "assembling error" in Premier Pro while writing to

If I write 2-3 minutes of my sequence via file ->export->export to DVD,
it works fine. When I go 5 minutes worth of the same sequence (or longer) it halts after several minutes with the error code:
"assembling error could not cmplete the last cammand because of unknown error".

I am writing to my d drive with 130 GB of space, my c drive has 110 GB of space. My Premier Pro 1.5 program worked before I had to reinstall my c drive (for unrelated reasons).

Help!
thanks

These unknown errors have been known to occur because of a Windows XP patch. Search the microsoft site. There is a patch to help sure these types of problems in Premiere Pro.

I have looked at the Microsoft support and can't find any mention referencing Premier Pro or "assembling error".

Could you point me in the right direction. Thanks for helping.

Default fix for assembling error

After making 2 changes, the problem disappeared.
My D drive where my videos are stored, had no virtual memory alloted to it. So I gave it I think 2000.
Adobe had an upgrade patch/fix for premier pro that I downloaded.

Not sure which did it , but now everything works!
thanks for your help.

Not being pedantic here, but did you search for "premier pro" or "premiere pro"?
