I'm putting a slide show with photos and getting sore fingers to have to select maintain aspect ratio for every single picture , does anyone know how to select all at once , I have video in the timeline to , any help ?

Click on 'Select All' in the Edit menu, or hold the shift key and click the clips you want to select, then in the Clip menu, click on Video Options > Maintain Aspect Ratio.
