Default Gettin the best quality possible, like dvd quality
Rendered a 3d film in 3dstudio max and put the clips together in premiere 7. I now need to export it to the highest quality possible. Size doesnt matter at all.

What is the best way??

DVD uses Mpeg2 format so try that. Use a high pass to get better results. Slower but higher quality with less errors.

yep! Be sure you "deselect" any compression option during export.
