What do i need and should do to export a video that is basicly like this one- http://www.chronixdesigns.com/monitorfinal2wm.wmv

I did that one with Windows editor and now im using Premiere

In truth, I'm a little uncertian as to what you're asking and/or trying to do.

Do you have some video and wish to export it as a WMV file? or you have a WMV file and wish to it into Premiere for editting?

Explain what your source is and what you wish to achieve and no doubt someone will be able to help.

I have raw footage in premiere that i edited to a video but i need to export it into video that people cna watch on windows media player, i would like the same quality as the link i posted in the first post.

The video is encoded in WMV. The video bitrate is probably 313Kbps, and the frame size 320x240. To ensure maximum compatability with windows machines (without any updates to media player), try using WMV7 to encode.
