Default Export Mpeg in Premiere Pro and Safest Codec

Hi, would anyone know how to export a film as an mpeg with premiere pro.

Anyone knows what is the safest codec to use for compression. By safest I mean the one that most people has on their computer. Or maybe the one that comes with media player? DIVX is good but I don't think too many regular user has it?

Thank,

David

Windows Media codecs (WMV, ASF) are normally the most reliable for success on windows machines. If the codec isn't installed (most probably WMV9), media player will promt for an update.
