Default Switching from DV 6.5 to HD Premiere Pro

I recently helped to shoot an HD film, and would like to edit it on my home computer. However, I currently use Adobe 6.5. I would like to upgrade to Premiere Pro so that I may edit in true HD, but have found compatibility issues with my capture device card, Dazzle Mojave.

Does anyone have any information on the compatibility of the Dazzle Mojave card and Premiere Pro?

As a side note, how many GB do I need to edit 120 minutes of HD footage?

Sorry for all the questions, but I don't want to make any expensive mistakes!
Thanks in advance!
