Default Zooming in with elements

I'm wondering if you can zoom into a specific area of a still with elements - like the top left corner or something. I know you can do this with the Ken Burns feature in i-movie, which lets you choose the place you want to start and end and the speed, and it fills in the blanks. With Elements I can zoom to the centre using the pre-sets or video transition (sorry, I forget which) but can't seem to work out how to have greater control. Can it be done?
All assistance much appreciated.

All the presets do is keyframe aspects of motion in the effect controls pallete. So you can adjust the scale and the position manually if you want just keyframe the movements

One of the guys that runs the Adobe User to User forums put this mini tutorial together. I haven't tried it but it might help you.

Yes! Brilliant! Thanks so much! Confused me a bit because he says the icon is on the right whereas mine's on the left... but I made it work, it's fantastic. Thanks so much.
