Please help, When I ask prem pro to export the movie (as an avi) it only sends ot the audio, even though the audio and video are selected in the properties.
This has worked fine on a previous occasion but won't any more.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mustava
Have you made sure there is a video file on the timeline and that you are exporting it? Are you sure you are exporting a movie and not say an image sequence or whatever that other option is, sorry I haven't used it in quite a while. Have you the open file when rendered option ticked so the movie opens in a window on top of Premier? Or have you tried Windows Media player or some other player to open it. Maybe the codec you chose isn't available on whatever player software you have?

Nikosony,
Thanks for the reply. I think I've fixed it BUT not sure how it occurred.
I noticed that when you choose to EXPORT then go into SETTINGS, there was no video codec in the drop-down.
Tried a repair of prem pro, but that didn't fix it, so uninstalled it and re-installed it, THEN sure enuff the video codec was there and all started to work again.
