hi can someone tell me the best quality settings to use for outputting a 2min clip in Premier Pro.?

If you're encoding with Windows Movie Maker there is a list of preset outputs available. I think the 512k for broadband setting should be fine

In Premier Pro go to export movie and pick Adobe Media Encoder and in the 'Preset' dropdown pick Download 512
