Default Maps of the world

Hi does anyone know where i can find good quality (Pal) sized maps for my holidays dvds.?

they must be free as i'm skint lol.

As you are probably not going to try and sell your holiday vids I would just go to 'Google' , click on 'Images' , type in 'globe map' and take one of the 6000 presented to you (try typing in different spellings and versions like 'earth map' 'globe surface' 'surface map' and such. Maybe try and throw in the word 'video' or 'animated' for flavor)

Thanks for that but in the end i used Goolge Earth, it's very clever & free Also allows you to save as jpeg, check it out.

Google earth is great - another good one I've found is msn encarta -

http://encarta.msn.com/encnet/featur...enter/map.aspx

you can zoom in and out to whatever size/area you want.
