Hi, I've been wondering how to get hi quality frame grabs from standard video. Is it possible? How?

In Premiere Pro: File > Export Frame. This will be an uncompressed bitmap of your source video.

Hi Llameante

I see you have listed Photoshop Elements as one of the programs u use. Try FILE->IMPORT->FRAME FROM VIDEO and a window opens that allows u to browse for video files and u can play them back in PE. The controls are crude but see how u get on.
