Default Trouble Exporting to DVD

Hi, ive created my 1st movie and cant export it to DVD :( Any ideas what im doing wrong ?
Im doing the following:
File>Export>Export to DVD
The Encoding is set to: PAL DV High Quality 4MB VBR 2 Pass
I then press record and the 1st bar says
Transcoding...
Once that has completely filled up it says
Assembling error...
Could not complete the last command because: File err (FileErr, -16071)
