Hi when i try importing footage into after effects 6.5 pro, which i export from premiere pro 1.5. the sound is fine but the picture misses frames as though i have the wrong import settings. my settings are 25 fps and thats what they should be. i have tried 30 fps but the same happens any ideas??????

Have you tried playing the exported file in a stan-alone video player like windows media player? Does it still skip frames? If it does,then check your export settings in Premiere. Try to export as AVI, uncompressed.
