Default 2 of me

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could share with me how I would make a video with 2 of me interacting with each other. Such as me talking to me. And is there a way to do this without 1 of the me's looking like a ghost? I use Premiere Pro if that will help any.

Thank you for all your help

well in adobe premier pro 1.5 you over lay your clips so you film one with you on the left then you film it again with you on the right. then you over lay them then you can track matte it or you can crop it. and sorry if this doesent make and sents im not good at explaining things lol

Also you may wish to do a slight edge feather to "blend" the line in as lighting conditions and colour balance etc can slightly change during recordings.
