Don't you read the answers to your questions when you post them?????? This is already answered above!!!!!! Look for the Trapcode Shine plugin for premiere and AE on the trapcode web site. There's a demo you can play with before you buy. It's called Shine and produces rays of light. If it's not what you are after then you need to explain what you need a bit better.
