hello there. I have some blocky footage and dont know how its occuring or how to fix this. it is occuring in some of the shots in a film and not others?? It doesnt look like an interlaced problem and i have tried the deinterlace in field options in premier and it doesnt help this.

I have been quite active with a few posts in the past week or so and very gratefull for the help to the problems i have been getting-thanks in advance
