Hey....i was wondering if there is any wayo having like a count down (as in time code like a stopwatch?) I have AE Ppro photoshop...Please elp

Well, if you have AE then I'm sure that you would have found the timecode effect by now. Why not use that? You can always play the clip backwards for a countdown.
