Default Urgent! Premiere pro export dvd

Dear admin and friends,

Currently I need to export an edited 45 min clip from premiere pro 1.1 however the exporting duration is 4 hours...
Is there a faster way to export out, as i need to submit this project by next day.

My setting for the export is as below:
Variable bitrate
minimum rate 6.0
Maximum 7.5
Audio PCM

Is there a big difference if i export out as constant bitrate, as the encoding needs a shorter amt of time to render out...please advise

This difference of time can come from the VBR encoding, specially if you have chosen VBR 2-pass option.

This option demands that PC analise file extensively from the start to the finish to calculate how many bytes can be used with each second and scene, so it's surely takes so much more time than the CBR way.

Try encode tour MPEG2 files by the CBR encoding. But, if even this new way your pc insist to take so many hours to do this, please call again.

Turn interlacing off - that's the way to get rid of the horizontal lines.

(you might need to use another program such as virtualdub to deinterlace the footage)

Is this to be played onto a tv set?

If so the lines won't be there, try burning it and playing it on tv, the lines appear on pc monitors, unless you use the right software, like nero showtime or similar
