Default Bad Expoting Adobe mpeg encoder

I tried so many ways..to export my edited movies using tools in adobe premier 6.5 --> export using adobe mpeg encoder [*mpeg]

Tuning some codec for VCD exporting, but..still have bad preview movie...the video came up with no pure preview [when i'm playing with win media player]

could anyone help my problem, waht should i do then?
