Please be clearer. Which effect? When does it occur?
Are you referring to the use of a green screen, distortion of hue/colour/contrast/saturation, or the echo/timeblending (as found in Adobe After Effects)?

Yes the Echo effect at 17 seconds for instance , I have an idea like you say it is a combination of those effects , I've just been told that it might have been done with a motion plugin ....
