I use Adobe Premier Pro 1.5 and I've done a few Video Bios for friends and what-not. A sequence of photos with transitions etc. For some reason, I always have strange movement in the images when I'm finished. For example, if there are dots in the image that are very different from their surrounding pixels, they flash. And when I add motion like panning or rotation, there is strange blinking on some parts of the image, such that is difficult to explain. Anyone experience this? Can it be fixed?

try this.

Right click on the image in the timeline. Choose Field options and tick the 'flicker removal' radio button.
