I installed the movie looks library last night - the install went through without any problems, but there just not showing up in the effects pallette. I've also had this problem with a few other freebie plugins as well. It seems that pluign files aren't even getting to the right location. Should I try to reinstall PPpro? and then try to reinstall the plugs? anyone have this problem? also, where exactly do the plugins go - I'm assuming program files/adobe/premiere pro/plugins, etc (if so, the movie looks aren't there)?

Try just copying the plugin files tothe plugins directory of Premiere. you might find that's enough. I'm sure I've had this on occasion.
