I'm not aware of a PDF copy of the manual anywhere and I would be very surprised if one existed at all. After all, Adobe s/w gets ripped off quite enough without them helping people by providing a downloadable manual as well.

I think your best option is to either find a video editing magazine on the high street. They are usually full of 'getting started' features for all NLEs or browse the likes of amazon and find a good book.

I thank you for your reply.

I think that the best way to learn the premiere is by using the manual or by sitting down and learn it by your own.

I have found through the follow url some basic informations on video editing.

Hi Joan!

If you're trying just to know the basic start on adobe premiere, I have the PP v.7 user's guide that might help you. There are no big differences between one and another. But the problem is that the file has 9M and the forum only accept uploads till 5. Are you registred in MSN? I could send you the file trough MSN.. My adress is cristovao_teixeira@hotmail.com.

Bye!

Actually, i cannot send 9Mb through e-mail. What i meant was that i could send you through MSM Messenger. Do you know what it is? Are you registred? If you know another way to send it, please let me know!

Bye!
