Default i will pay lots of money if someone will show me how to do

i will pay lots of money if someone will take special time out to show me how to do 2 things , first get these m2v music videos to be editiable, and 2, which is the hard part, im already able to slow down the videos (except the m2vs, which are the untagged dvd rips that i need) but i need to put a stutter effect on them like the video on this site, http://www.damienbenoit.com/videos.html, its the one with the 2 cars at the bottom in the middle, u can reach me on aim at "its dj no skillz" , or at yahoo instant messenger - in_ya_deck_ent , or at in_ya_deck_ent@yahoo.com or at 713 722 8688, got one other thing i want to learn to i think it will be simple tho, i got money please someone. my names damian for whoever needs to call

m2v files are probably just MPEG files. To convert to DV AVI for editing, simply download and instal the Pansonic DV codec, then use something like virtualDub to convert the videos.

The "stutter" effect is simply achieved by inserting a piece of video from a later part of the video at random points:

A B C D E F Z G H I J K Z L M N O P Z

Assume that the above letters refer to sequential frames.
