yeah, it's been quite awhile since I've posted here...I've been busy with school and countless video projects.![]()
I've got a bit of a problem. I'm using Premiere 7.0, and I'm making a Star Wars imitation with glowy lightsabers rotoscoped in Photoshop. Not a problem there, right? Export as a filmstrip, open it up in Photoshop, and draw in the lightsaber blades.
Wrong.
See, I'm using the widescreen feature on my Canon Elura 65 (and it's true widescreen! on a $400 camera!). When I export my 16:9 video as a filmstrip and open it up, it's all squished into the 4:3 format.
I guess I could just film everything again in 4:3; we didn't film very much, it wouldn't be hard to film again. But I'd really rather find a solution to this problem. Is there any way to export the filmstrip as 16:9 without the video being squished down into 4:3?
Thanks
