Default First video game movie, a few n00b questions.

Hey,

I am making a short movie (8-10 mins) using clips and screenshots captured from World of Warcraft. I'm using FRAPs and Adobe Premier Pro, however, I'm having a few issues I hope someone can help me with.

When I view the raw, uncompressed footage FRAPs captures I am very pleased with the quality. However, whenever I export my video from Premier there is an obvious loss of quality. I knew this was to be expected but it's a lot worse than I imagined. I have tried exporting the same file using a few different codecs but all with the same result. How can I export the file and achieve nearly the same level of quality from my video?

I have a few clips in the video that are only a couple of seconds long. Once again, the raw FRAPs footage is great but in the final exported movie these particular clips are shaky and stutter a bit. Any idea what could be causing that?

My final video is cropped! What can I use to trim the black from around the edges and what are the consequences of doing so?

Thanks so much for the help!
