Hello. I am new to this forum and I have a question that may seem basic but I'm gonna ask it anyway

when I upload (to youtube) the video I editing with premiere it appears with a black border around it, I changed the ratio to 1280x720 and the border became thinner but it's still there.

I know this could be due to a variety of factors but I'm at a loss for what those are

Formatting for optimum quality seems like a very complicated butimprotant part of film making and I would love to learn more about this.
