Default Designing a Template/Timeline for Encore ( from Premiere Pro )

Hello all, this is my first post so i hope im not going over anything that has been drilled to death. I have tried to do some research on the matter but there is a mountain of information to troll through here, so im taking the lazy option and posting.

Im trying to set up a template of DVD menus and timelines for Encore. The idea is, i want to make DVD's for my skydiving friends and re-use the same DVD template over and over. Iv already made a DVD template that i like.
i.e.
- a shout introduction film plays ( IntroMovie )
- a dvd menu with motion then follows ( MenuMovie )
- The menu links to the film i just shot for my friends and then loops back to the menu

Easy right?

The problem is, iv made the two movies mentioned above ( IntroMovie, MenuMovie ) but i don't want to transcode this part of the DVD every time i build a DVD from Encore. I figure that if there is a way to Render my movies so Encore will just integrate them into the project without transcoding them, then im on a winner!

My question is, what are the best settings to Render my IntroMovie and MenuMovie in, so that i don't have to transcode these files everytime that i make the DVD?

Iv tried the following settings in Premiere Pro ( im using PAL btw ):

Code:
-Codec= MPEG2
-Multiplexer= mpg
-Pixel Aspect Ratio = Square Pixels = (1.0)
-Dimensions= 1050x576
-Level = 3.2
-VBR = 2 pass
Im wondering if im better off doing:

Code:
-Pixel Aspect Ratio = 16:9 = (1.4587)
-Dimensions= 720x576
Im also wondering if im going about this entirely the wrong way.

Anyway, my girlfriend is on the verge of leaving me if i don't work this out soon. Any help or and links are greatly appreciated.

Thanks, and Hi to all

Default

Well i worked it out.

Basically Encore will render the final image in:

720x576 at 16:9 ( 1.4587 )

So exporting my video from Premiere Pro in the following was the key:

-Codec= MPEG2
-Multiplexer= mpg
-Pixel Aspect Ratio = 16:9 = (1.4587)
-Dimensions= 720x576
-Level = 3.2
-VBR = 2 pass
This can be marked as resolved. Thanks.
