Default Frame not where it should be in flv

Hello everyone. I use adobe premiere pro CS3. In my video, within the first 5 seconds, I flip the frame horizontally. looks perfectly fine in premiere but when I render it as an flv, it moves it over off the stage(horizontally). So I try to correct for it in premiere and move it off the stage in the opposite directions and it does move but I have no idea how much to move it. Now the weird part, when I rendered it as a mpeg its was where it should be, but as an flv it jumps.

example of flv

Paul Elertson's demo reel

here is the mpeg version

Media "Car Demo" on Poptent

Its on the third beat of music if you will.

Anyone else have problems(solutions) similar to this?

How bizarre! Clutching at straws, but what happens if you output as uncompressed, import to a new project, and then output that timeline to flv?
