How can I give footage a 'film look' in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4?

Define ' film look ' - it means many things - exactly what are you trying to achieve. Remember the best you can do is ape the look.

A 500 quid camcorder can never look like a 50,000 camera with a 10,000 lens shooting on bendy plastic covered with light sensitive chemicals.
