Default Video card for editing

Hi ALL
Can anyone plz recommend me any good Video editing card not high end but mid way
which can help me running Adobe Premeire pro and AE7 perfectly.
currently I m using my motherboard built in card

I will be doing HDV editing

My budget is around $250 ..let me know
the card sud have dual monitor feature also.

Well, when you consider that there's very little in AE7 that will use the graphics card then, in all seriousness, you'll be better off spending that money on more RAM or put it towards a s/w upgrade to CS3 or CS4 that will use all the cores in your system.

Thanks for your advise

but when I try to run pp plugin - Magic look it gave me some error concerning with hardware.

Is cs3 or cs4 can reactify that problem without changing the graphic card

I have already has 3 g ram
quad core machine
