Are they any way of getting a small action sectin of video into focus.

The action was too close for the current zoom setting - the 5 second section is blured, but the rest of the video is OK. I was just woundeing if within Premier Pro an option existed to adjust the focus.

If it does would each frame need adjusting?

If it's just a tiny bit out then you may find a 'sharpen' effect like in Photoshop whcih may help slightly for just a few seconds.

Otherwise, it's lost I'm afraid. No affect will re-create details that were not there in the original footage.
