Whenever i open adobe premier in my pc there is this irritating message which comes and its really irritating :

The message means you have either moved, deleted or otherwise made the source video irretrevable.

Agreed! Look slike someone has deleted or moved your file called DSCN1045.MOV.

If you widen your project panel then I think it will give you more information as to what 'assets' are currently offline. Just find them again and relink them.

Remember to relink them rather than delete them from your asset list and re-import them because if you do that then you'll need to redo all your edits.
