Default How To Create This Effect in PPro CS3?

Wondering how to recreate this "rapid repeat" effect in PPro CS3:

video link

Is this just copying a small, few-frames segment of a clip, pasting it over and over, and maybe speeding some of them up, or is there an effect in Premiere that does this quicker? Thanks.

Can't see it because of the outside USA rule, whatever that is. But, I'd just create the single segment, paste it in, then copy the collected segments, paste that in, and repeat this so you build up the desired number of repeats exponentially.

I'm not aware of a preset effect to do this, but there may be one.

For future posters: the referenced effects is a series of clips w/ audio that are repeated several times per second. (And for you adult swim nerds like me, it's the often-used effect from Tim and Eric Awesome Show).

For the original poster:
It is almost certainly just a copy/paste. In your editor, you should be able to isolate your short clip, copy it, and paste it back-to-back repeatedly to get the intended effect. The execution is easy enough, but I'm sure there's a time investment here if you're looking to make something similar to the video you posted, which features multiple overlayed clips and chroma keyed backgrounds, etc.

Hope this helps.
