Premiere Pro Noob is on a distinguished road
Default Nice to meet ya, I need a "flip tip" :D

How do, nice to meet ya, etcetera etcetera...

I've tried to find some tips via google and the like. But to no avail, In adobe premiere pro (of which i'm not quite learned yet) how would i go about flipping a selected clip horizontally in the timeline? The aim of which is to line it up with a copy to give the illusion of the clip reversing?

Many thanks

I'm not really sure I understand what you want to do. Do you want to rotate video so that is upsidedown? Or do you want to create a mirror image? What do you mean by 'line it up with a copy to give the illusion of the clip reversing'?

You mean you want to play a clip in reverse? Assuming you have a clip with frame A, B, C and D, you want something like A, B, C, D, C, B, A?

Copy and paste the clip on the timeline, then check the revserse speed option in the speed /duration box (under clip > speed / duration)

Use the Flip Horizontal effect, you will find it in the Video Effects folder on the left side of the screen. Look in the Transform folder as far as I can remember.
