0 Videos nominated Video Of the Month(s): 0 | | DVD output into 1 file for video and sound
This may be something that was answered before, but I can not find the related thread.
I have captured a 1 hour DV from the Sony camcorder, and I tried to make it a DVD using the Premiere software. I selected DVD out of screen that has DVD/VCD/SVCD, and off it goes. It took about 3 hours for it to finish, but the problewm is I got 2 files: 1 for the video and 1 for the sound only. Is this right? I can only play 1 file at a time. How can I creat 1 DVD file for video and sound? I can do it using Ulead, but thought Premiere may give me better quality.
Thanks for any help.

You need DVD authoring software to make a DVD from your created files.

Thanks. I read about the MS Movie Maker, which can be used to turn it into DVD. Any other freeware I should consider?

This is the one thing it won't do Try IFOedit for a free DVD creation app. (it won't do menus, just the VOB and IFO files).
